Android game titles and updates: League of Legends: Wild Rift, Call of Duty: Warzone, Brawlhalla, etc.

Rumors are slippery things, with widely varying degrees of reliability. This week’s rumor that Call of Duty: Warzone is coming to mobile is pretty much a lockdown, so you can expect another battle royale option beyond the league of legends Wild Rift and twin peaks of Fortnite and PUBG Mobile.

Elsewhere, there are more precise perspectives downstream, including a long-awaited mobile version of League of Legends Wild Rift.

Project Cars Go is open for pre-registrations, but only in UK, US, Australia and Canada. Sorry everyone. Or maybe we’re not sorry, because Project Cars Go is far from its console roots. In fact, it is shaping up to be a free-to-play drag racing game modeled on CSR Racing and Forza Street, which is widely vilified by Microsoft.

Although he essentially invented the MOBA genre, League of Legends has never been on mobile. Wild Rift is on the verge of fixing this issue, its latest closed beta is coming next week. Unfortunately for most of us, it’s only in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines at the moment.

Okay, so this title is tragically misleading. Even wrong. We have the wrong end of the stick. While Black Desert Mobile is getting a new region, called Hadum’s Realm, it hasn’t arrived yet. When it arrives, you will have access to a new questline and a new merchant. For now, watch this video.

Details are slim on the pitch, but developer Midas and publisher Koei Tecmo are working on an action-RPG based on the Fist of the North Star franchise. It’s called Shin Hokuto Musuo Mobile and, as you can probably tell from its name, it’s only intended for Japan. It looks pretty exciting in the screenshots.

When a mobile reaches a certain level of success, it spills over into other formats. Much like Angry Birds became a movie, Clash of Clans became a short, but not quite on the same scale. It lasts about 12 minutes, but it’s a smartly told story and the CGI is perfectly respectable.

Updates

Brawlhalla is cross-platform, and all versions get the same updates, so we can expect some exciting things from Ubisoft’s free Smash Bros. The latest Battle Pass, Season Two, is themed around the 80s and adds a new map called Sun Drive City. You can experience it for free or pay $ 9.99 for the luxury package.

Although it only recently reached version 1.0, PUBG Mobile is now in its 15th Battle Pass. The last one is called Beyond A.C.E., and it contains new challenges and a range of new classic costumes and outfits, as well as some tweaks to its interface.
