Square Enix revealed a bunch of new stuff is coming Dragon Quest Tact to celebrate her six month birthday. Okay, a six month birthday isn’t a thing, but we’re going to put our grammatical pedantry aside for this one. Just know that we are bubbling inside.
Where do all these novelties come from? We’re glad someone asked. There are two new monsters to collect: the S-rank Estark and the A-rank black dragon. You’ll find them in limited-time Boy Scout banners – I have to spoil them all, right?
You’ll also be able to collect up to ten 10x Scout Vouchers just by logging into the game, which we imagine will make getting the new monsters a bit easier. There will also be special quests and missions that will allow you to catch up to 4000 gems.
The Demon King is coming
Then there’s the Demon King Descends Battle which gives you the ability to unlock previously time-limited S-rank gear. You will also be able to find the Underworld Saber weapon.
Last but not least, there are a few additional bonuses that will inflate your chests. Here they are in list form.
- 2x drop rate for “Ranking Materials” after completing each Ranking Quest
- 1.5x drop rate for “Ability Upgrade Tome” after completing each Ability Upgrade Quest
- 1.5x EXP gained from the daily EXP quest
- 1.5x gold through the daily gold quest
