A few weeks ago we were talking about the Sentinels of Light event – a cross-play boon happening on every Riot Games title. Now we have more details on what you can expect from the event in League of Legends: Wild Rift.
First, you will get a new character – Akshan, the Rogue Sentinel. He wields a holy weapon and you can play him in Wild Rift starting July 27. It will also be available in Legends of Runeterra and Teamfight Tactics – in fact, it will be available in all Riot games. This is kind of the point. Sentinels of Light narrative experience
You’ll also get the Sentinels of Light: Steadfast Heart comic book series and an augmented reality experience where you take the Oath of Light to become a Sentinel.
There is new story content in the game with Lucian, Senna and Akshan as well as new skins for Sentinel Irelia, Sentinel Riven, Sentinel Vayne, Ruined Draven, Ruined Miss Fortune, Ruined Shyvana. Chic.
