Pokemon Go Fest 2021 is going to waste time and space

This year’s Pokemon Go Fest, which runs alongside the game’s fifth anniversary celebrations, is about to disrupt the fundamental concepts of the universe. Well, sort of. He’s about to introduce a new event called Ultra Unlock, which gives coaches a series of challenges to overcome.

If trainers complete eight challenges in the Global Challenge Arena, they will unlock Ultra Unlock Part 1: Time. This will take place from Friday July 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday August 3, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. local time and see Pokémon from different eras appear more often.

Nail 16 challenges and Ultra Unlock Part 2: Space will be next. This will run from Friday August 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday August 17, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. local time and see Pokémon appear from different regions.

The third and final part of Ultra Unlock doesn’t have a name, which is rather worrying. It starts after 24 challenges are completed and will run from Friday August 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday August 31, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. local hour.

There’s a lot more going on for Pokemon Go Fest ticket holders including Pokemon with unique move sets (including Pikachu Pop Star and Pikachu Rock Star), Special Trades, Rare Pokemon appearing in raids and much more.
