Trials of Mana is coming to Android on July 15th

Square Enix has announced the release of last year’s Trials of Mana 3D remake on the Google Play Store. Trials of Mana is based on a SNES game of the same name from 1995 and looks quite spicy.

The new hand-sized version of the game has been changed to work on a touchscreen, with a new user interface and lots of auto elements like auto target, auto camera, and auto battle. There will also be cloud backups.

You can also switch between the SNES soundtrack or listen to a new musical score of 60 songs by Hiroki Kikuta. The game will also feature full English dubbing. Or you can switch to Japanese.

Here’s a screenshot so you can see what the controls will look like. And get a taste of the brilliant graphics.

As we said above, the game is based on the console version of Trials of Mana released last year. So, to wrap it up, here’s the launch trailer for that game out there.

Pre-registration for the Android version of Trials of Mana is already online, and you can have fun by clicking here. According to the game’s Play Store page, you will need 6.1 GB of space to play it.

Trials of Mana is a premium version and will set you back $ 23.99 when it releases on July 15. It might sound like a lot, but it’s half the asking price of the console version, so are you really saving money? Kind of?
