SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom is coming to Android for $ 9.99

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom has landed on the Google Play Store thanks to HandyGames.

Originally released in 2003, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom lets you explore the titular underwater colony as you turn the tide of Plankton’s evil robot army.

You will play not only as SpongeBob, but also as Patrick the Starfish and Sandy the Squirrel. Each character has their own special skills and moves.

The game wasn’t very well received when it first released, but over the years it has built a loyal cult following, which resulted in a re-release in 2020 with the word “rehydrated” attached to its title. This one also received questionable reviews, although it sold quite well.

And you can now play SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom on your Android phone. It comes with full controller support and costs $ 9.99.
